Gist: Paul Ellen, one of Microsoft founders, is suing big high-tech companies about steeling technology from a lab he founded in the 90's.
Ellen is claiming for patents infringement. Two of the patents involved are allowing companies like Amazon to suggest products that might interest the consumer and help news readers to easily search the net for stories in the same subject they are currently reading about. Some of the companies being sued are: AOL, Apple, E-Bay, Facebook, Google, Yahoo and You-Tube.
